  • Consumers facing a cross-border dispute in relation to products or services obtained from traders based in the EU (including Norway, Iceland and United Kingdom) may refer to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) operating in the member-state of their current residence.

  • Consumers who reside in Greece and face a cross-border dispute, may submit their respective complaints through the ECC of Greece.

  • Consumers who reside in any other EU country (or in Norway, Iceland and United Kingdom) and face a cross-border dispute with a trader based in Greece, may submit their respective complaints through the ECC of the country of their current residence.

  • The dispute resolution is achieved through cooperation of the ECC of Greece and of the other ECCs (in the country of consumer's residence or in the country of trader's headquarters).
